Fiona was really nice and chatty and made me feel at ease. The wax was possibly slightly too warm but I didn’t say anything so how could she know (?). The result very good :). Thank you.

Very happy with treatment. Fairly painless, which is what you want with a Brazilian! Given a balm to use after treatment, which was a nice touch. Will definitely return.
