Ouy is incredible. I originally booked a 30 minute massage, but after realising how tense my body was, I was able to change to 1 hour during treatment. Luckily this wasn’t an issue and they were able to accommodate this. I will book 1 hour slots moving forward. I had a tense shoulder and neck pain, Ouy worked with this and supported the knot. Thank you Ouy 🩵

I wasn’t happy with my Thai combo oil massage, the massage therapist injured my leg as she was stepping on my leg and I had 1hr & 30 min treatment, most of the treatment she spent stepping on my back and she only massage my back side not the front. Afterwards I spoke to the manager about this situation and she said I should’ve told her what areas of my body to massage. I shouldn’t have to be the one to tell her to massage my whole body if I’m paying for 1hr & 30mins
