Farhana welcomed me and gave a full skin consultation as it was my first visit. All the treatments were explained to me so I went in as informed as I could be, and had a lovely facial tailored to my skin type. Farhana took her time and did an amazingly thorough job, and I was impressed by the wide range of natural products she uses. Overall a lovely experience, will definitely come again.
