It was a good service and a lovely therapist, but I was left with some patches of hair left so didn't feel it was as thorough as I had hoped. My therapist very happily went back over the area when I asked, however.

Initially I was given two wet towels to lie under, I asked for dry ones. I was told ‘these are all I can find’ as I was handed two dirty, used hand towels and a stained, frayed grubby piece of satin material which I had to lie under for 1 hour 45 minutes. (I had booked for two hours but having my treatment time cut was least of my problems.) I spent the whole of my treatment freezing cold and stressed about how unhygienic and unpleasant the situation was. Imagine lying naked under two tiny towels that had very obviously been used to dry people’s hands in the loo. I asked for a refund but was told that the shop “couldn’t afford” to give me one which quite frankly is the least of a customer’s concern, as basic hygiene, comfort and relaxation usually takes priority.
