Very crammed, probably far too many people than there should be, considering the pandemic. Cut felt rushed and not finished properly, Paid to get it fixed by elsewhere.

Rachel is a very experienced top stylist. She advises clearly on what will suit you and what won’t suit you.
She does what you ask her too - if you ask her to take 1” off the length then that’s exactly how much she will cut always a great outcome when Rachel colours, cuts and blow dries my hair. Rachel is 5 STAR.
