I cannot find email or anything to get through to anyone - I want to book in for one day this week but I slept in last week for an appointment I was nightshift & had just finished in the morning & only had 2 hours sleep before appointment but slept through my alarms - I thoroughly apologise would I be able to get a refund so I can then book another appointment and get my hair done that day. X
