When I arrived to my appointment, I was about 15 minutes early. It was busy for the salon and Alison was very apologetic for running late for my appointment. I understood completely and wasn't phased at all for my appointment being late. I was more than happy to wait.
The lovely girl that washed my hair was wonderful, I genuinely felt so relaxed. Alison was wonderful with my cut, she done exactly as I wanted and I absolutely love it!
I would recommend Kaoss 100%

Stephanie was super patient and answered all of my questions in full - she was great at explaining things. Professional and easy to chat to. Salon was comfortable and Amy who took my colour off has a lovely manner too - considerate and respectful. Colour and cut are exactly what I wanted and I’ve already booked in for my next 2 appointments.

Just Wow! My hair was the star of the day ....simply beautiful 😍 I took Stephanies advice and adapted my idea and what she produced was perfect. Lots of compliments throughout the day and evening. My hair stayed in place all day which is a first.
Stephanie was chatty and professional. Absolutely delighted and i will definitely be back. Thanks x
