My first appointment got told to sit in a chair when I went in then left there. Stylist was running 20 mins late and no one even came over to tell me this or apologise. Blow Dry was average but no products used or offered. Gave it another try and they were just opening shop as I arrived and we were left standing outside then a mix up with who was actually doing my hair, very lack lustre and I will not return.

First time at Kaoss hair, and I am very pleased with the final results. Both Stephanie and Debbie help me come up with a plan on how to get back to my natural ash blonde color after years or bleaching my hair and a long long long natural root.
My hair looks so natural and simply great. Planning to come back for maintenance. Thanks again!
