Went for a long needed hair cut and discussed what I wanted and brought a picture on my phone as a reference. I did like the haircut I ended up with but I did not get the haircut I asked for I wanted it around shoulder length so I could still tie it back when I go to the gym but it was cut so short that it's just at my chin. pity as this place had such good reviews but think I'll try elsewhere next time

I’ve been to many hairdressing salons & the ladies at Kaoss really stood out to me. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. Nicest shade of blonde I’ve ever had. I’ve had so many compliments since my appointment. I’ve rebooked. I’m a salon owner myself so I can be quite fussy but the ladies done an incredible job. Everything was positive! They are very thorough and like to make sure everything is perfect. Really go out their way. Fantastic!
