My haircut was nice and Alison was good at making sure it was what I wanted but apart from that my experience wasn't great. I felt a little off when left sitting at the sink for over 5 minutes and then the washing and drying of my hair was done very heavy handed. Alison also seemed distracted at times.

Went and got my hair cut by Stephanie after a pre-covid disaster (so bad she thought I had chopped it myself). Its going to take a bit of fixing and perseverance but is already looking better and I'm confident if anyone can make me look less scarecrow like its Stephanie. Thanks so much x
