I’m not one to usually complain but I left really unhappy with the result. It was rushed and I left with orange patchy hair. I felt like they just wanted clients in and out the door. I would have much preferred to have been advised that my hair was looking pretty orange and asked if I would rather go a brown colour. Sometimes hair doesn’t do what you want - I get that. The employees were all perfectly nice but I can’t pretend I didn’t have a panic attack after looking at myself in the daylight.

I’ve not long moved to Paisley and hadn’t found a hairdresser yet, I got my hair cut last night by Diana, it was the first time I had my hair cut in a while and was actually quite nervous at the state of it! Diana was so lovely and reassuring throughout, I was made to feel so welcome, she was so patient when I needed a bit of air too. I’m super happy with the result, my hair is so much healthier! Also the salon was totally spotless and staff had PPE on, I’ll definitely be back 🥰 x
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
What can I say. Very happy at my appointment on Thursday. Felt really safe getting my hair done. All covid protocols in place and all used appropriately. Couldn't fault it. Well done girls!!!
Hair was amazing.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kaoss hair to anyone.
