Stephanie done a lovely job of my hair going from nearly waiste length to chin length. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but she gave me advice throughout and why the style I wanted would not work as well on my hair. I still came out with a lovely hair cut. Thank you.

I asked for loose big curls. The way my hair was curled was so tightly I ended up having to restyle my hair when I got home. Bit disappointed.
