I booked a 45 min appointment, however the haircut only went for 20-25 mins. So when my hair was supposed to be washed as part of the appointment, but was skipped, I was pretty disappointed. The haircut itself looks good, but all the hairdresser really had to do was cut the sides and back and trim a little off the top, as it was fairly well styled to begin with. With all this is mind, I don’t know why I was charged the full £40. Overall I feel like I wasn’t given the complete service I paid for.
