I'm here in London to visit my daughter and was told to go to Kaplan. I made an appointment on line. Actually showed up early. Luiza was great. I enjoyed my experience there and will go again next time im in town.

Luiza was so lovely & made me feel so at ease for my first time at Kaplan. My hair is quite thin & frizzy, so it's very tough to manage - I was really impressed with my wash, cut & blowdry :)

Sadly I’ve been going to Kaplan for over 3 years, but my colour is so patchy and my roots are still very visible. I emailed the day of my treatment (once I’d seen the colour properly in my mirror) and never heard back, have followed up and still not heard back, really disappointing.
