I came in with hair down to my shoulders and was very specific about how I liked it long, but would appreciate if it was slightly shorter in the back. When I left it was so short in the back I can barely pinch it with my fingers. I used Matthew McConnaughey as a reference, but ended up looking more like a Karen… I no longer have long hair. And not by choice. I’ve never been more sad coming back home from a hair cut. Now I’ll have to get a new cut to fix what was done to it… such a shame!

It’s not actually Luiza but her male colleague as she had to reschedule. I’m not actually sure the person cutting my hair was a trained hairdresser..which is strange given the price/brand. I can get over the poor English but I clearly told him to not cut off my fringe, which he still did. In the end, when he showed me the back and sides, I had to point out the sides are clearly uneven, which he had to redo. He then reviewed the back and proceeded to redo it too..not good enough, for men atleast.

Luiza is great, I only go to her for my haircuts. She’s really good and makes sure you are comfortable with everything and discuss all with you. She’s very very knowledgable. Would recommend for sure!

I booked the wash&cut with Louiza who is always caring, professional and kind. As this time i decided to cut my hair really short, she didn't feel confident doing so therefore she asked me if was ok for me to let the stylist director to cut them.I love my haircut!!! They have been super nice and i really recommend this atelier. Looking forward to go again!!
