When I booked my appointment it stated I would have the salon Director. I didn't, but for that I was very glad. He was rude, patronising & made me feel deeply uncomfortable & stressed. He'd promised to contact my old Aveda salon for my colour details. He did not. So I suggested we cancel, at which he said he would keep my money. The resulting colour is different from my usual, v brassy. I thought this was an actual Aveda salon, but it isn't. I won't be using Kaplan or Treatwell again. Too risky.

The colour was exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and comfortable. I had booked olaplex with my appointment and when I asked for it during my appointment it seemed like they thought I was asking for it last minute, which I would never do. They asked me to pay for it afterwards (but I had already paid when booking my appointment) so I know that they did not properly look at my booking. Heat protectant spray was not used, so my hair was staticky afterwards.

First time there and I will definitely be back! Lovely experience and my hair looks amazing. Asked for a wavy blowout and Kelesh (I think I said ‘thank you Jelez’ so he’ll have to forgive me for the poor pronunciation!) did a gorgeous job. They need a few new capes (the ones they drape around you while they are doing your hair), but other than that, I highly recommend.
