Lovely venue and great staff! I felt vey welcomed in the beauty centre and greeted like a friend! The waxing itself was good, the beautician put a lot of attention into it. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend it!

The landmark is a really lovely setting, however the salon is actually tucked away upstairs and a very small space.
My pedicure was carried out with the same area where two other ladies were having their hair done. All clean but lacking the same ambience as the rest of the hotel.
Treatment was good and paid a lot of attention to hard skin on toes. Massage was nice.
Small selection of colours in reds pinks and oranges mainly.
I had a discount otherwise it's a bit much for what it is.

I got the same blow dry you would expect to get in 1980's Texas, totally what I did not want or ask for. Won't be returning.

The first time I chose this place it was due to the proximity to Marylebone station and because it is located in the Landmark hotel it feels quite special. Since then I've been going back repeatedly because of the excellent work that the beauty therapist Anna does. She is lovely, professional and a perfectionist. No complaints at all, would strongly recommend.

I have been the client of KARA for nearly 15 years. I have been extremely happy with KARA and would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a grade 1, classy and top hairdressing saloon in London.
