Awful, wouldn't return. Walked in the woman just looked at me. Saw me 20 minutes late. No music in the salon and only me & her, which when she wouldn't talk just made the whole experience awkward. Already paid on treatwell but claimed I had to pay more with no reason why. Gave her the cash. She left my hair wet at the back (I have extensions) and when I asked her she blasted it and said she had another customer.
Fantastic end result, but I'm majorly disappointed with their service. Didn't get greeted, I had to remind her I'd paid extra for pin curls, had to put my coat on the floor and whilst every other customer had a glass of wine, I didn't so much as get offered a water. My hair stylist didn't speak to me the entire time, and pulled out half my scalp getting my hair tangled in the rollers 😩 definitely not worth £26 and won't be returning.
First stylist unable to pin hair up as desired so another stylist then had to redo hair and pin up. Was there over an hr, would probably not return as a professional hairdresser would definitely make a better job....
