Very very rough with my hair and scalp, wasn't paying attention when rough drying with a towel as I have a piercing which was ragged against the towel twice. It all felt very rushed and the products used were just Vo5. I wouldn't go again as I don't think it's worth the money.
Visited this salon today, as it was on deansgate you expect you will walk out feeling great, however this was far from the case. If the member of staff doing my hair (tall blonde lady) hadn't made me feel uncomfortable enough by telling me my hair was 'fragile' and 'no good' whilst trying to blow dry my hair with a bristle brush without detangling it properly first, the rushed ambience of the experience only made it worse. Half an hour of what seemed like an inexperienced member of staff tugging on my hair and insulting me, along with very cheap products (no smoothers, no oils - just cheap mousse and cheap hairspray - Vo5) It wasn't done at all like i wanted it and I had this done at 2pm it is now 4.30pm and my hair just looks like I've woken up from a night out quite literally. It looks dry [no surprise seen as the lady used only the very highest heat setting on the hairdryer the whole way through] I'm no hairdresser but even i know you are supposed to cool the hair off so it doesn't appear dry and frizzy as mine does now. I would not recommend this place at all, I'm very disappointed and now have no time to re do my hair for an event I am going to tonight that I informed them I was attending upon my arrival - no five star treatment here ladies.
Here at service. Lovely treat with a glass of bubbly too. And the hair do was great - they're artists!!
