Myself and floor friends booked an appointment at Kara's on Saturday. Traffic was really bad and we rang ahead to say we were running late. Louise was so lovely on the phone and told us not to stress! When we arrived Louise, Adeline and Jade were waiting for us- they were really friendly, chatty and accommodated all our different hairstyle requests. It was lovely to be pampered and not rushed and we will all definitely visit again!

Excellent blow dry and service, did my curls exactly how I asked for them and even went over it a few times to make sure it was perfect... lasted 2 days too! Thank you for making my hair look amazing.
