Had my hair and make-up done for a hen do night out and start to finish the whole appointment was lovely.
staff were friendly and chatty and the finished result was amazing.

Blowdry was tailored to me individually. Appointment ran on time and staff were friendly.
Overall quite happy with my recent trip.
The blow dry was very quick around 35 minutes. I was impressed by the finish however this only lasted around 2-3 hours after the service.
Jade, who did my hair was not very friendly and i did not think she made much of an effort to make my experience pleasent. I fully understand it is a quick treatment however I think the customer service was rather poor.
