Good central location. Is ideal if you really do just need a basic blow dry, quick service. Staff were pleasant. Is what is says on the description.
Awful experience from the minute I walked in. I had booked for a blow dry and party make up, ready for a day at the races. As I arrived, I left waiting for 15minutes with not a word from either of the ladies, until one of them eventually told me the make up artist wasn't at the venue and so they were cancelling that appointment. They did still give me the blow dry, however it was completed within 10minutes, they were clearly overbooked, and it looked terrible. I asked for big bouncy curls, instead I got flat, frizz, not impressed. I was then left frantically running around House of Fraser trying to find someone to do my make up, when I found a lady available at Chanel I told her of my experience and she said they get people in all of the time that have been let down by Karas Blow Dry. Save yourself the stress and do not book here!
