Stephen was brilliant ! He was thorough, knowledgeable and really caring. Very personalised service and overall he made me feel very comfortable and at ease right from the start. I knew I was in safe hands. The haircut was fantastic ! I was having a big makeover by going super short after having really long hair and Stephen did it all the justice ! Highly recommend him and all the other lovely staff at Karalu !

Stephen was absolutely phenomenal - my hair feels so much healthier - he is a master at his craft, so patient and talented, he puts his all into getting the hair perfect. Very friendly and polite - my mum & I love the atmosphere & calm vibes and will be returning for every hair appointment in future! Thank you so much!

I went with my 4montj old who caused absolute chaos at the salon! I was so grateful that Stephen was lovely about it and did a great job on my hair. All the staff were really kind and made me feel less embarrassed and anxious about my son. Would highly recommend
