Great haircut and it looked immediately great. Often my hair is a bit traumatised after a cut and I need to wash it myself before the haircut comes into its own but this time it was lovely right away

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a great shampoo and head massage from Stephen which removed any tensions from my day. I really like the way Lucy cuts my hair and explains why a certain cut helps me to achieve the hairstyle I am wanting. She is friendly, insightful and talented.
