I've been going to Karen long before Karalu, when she coloured and cut my hair. Brilliant colourist, Now that my hair is white (Karen did the seamless transition) she cuts it. I showed her a photo and she cut my hair to resemble the photo. A bonus, she's a genuine, delightful person.
