Kara was excellent in understanding the aches and pains to be treated + also recommended some stretching exercises. Highly recommended.

Had a pregnancy massage and left feeling very relaxed. I wasn’t 100% confident that the therapist knew all the complexities of massage in pregnancy – she seemed unsure as to which essential oils she could use and she used strong pressure on my legs which I have later read isn’t advised. However this was a lovely massage overall and a relaxing experience. It’s worth noting that it seemed to be cash only. The room downstairs was a lot more cosy and sweeter smelling than the hairdressers upstairs.
