Right from the off, Karen was very welcoming and accommodating. She called me 5 minutes after I'd booked, to confirm my appointment and make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the salon, everyone was so friendly. Karen really knew how to handle European hair and took care not to pull too hard when fitting my extensions. I will definitely be returning, we have already discussed my next visit! Many thanks to Karen and her team.
