Thorough (and that's my main goal) and she was brilliant and fun. Only downside is that it's slightly lacking in privacy but no one arrived whilst I was there so this didn't matter too much.

The lady who did the leg wax was an absolute gem - so chatty, she put me totally at ease. Perhaps the decor could do with a revamp, but on the whole, clean and good value for money.
