The therapist was lovely, cheerful and friendly. However, as this is a one-person operation, things can feel a bit hectic with the phone ringing on and off, and people arriving early for their appointment. I had a pedicure and the paint job's fine but she didn't get rid of all the dead skin which was the most important part of a pedicure for me.
