Karen was friendly, warm and an obsolete perfectionist with my nails. Nothing was too much for her and she spent a to of time making sure they were as I wanted.
She was easy to talk to and made a great duo of coffee upon arrival!

The therapist was very friendly and professional and I was happy with the experience. The only thing I would say is that I normally have hot wax but there wasn't an opportunity to choose when booking. I find strip wax more painful and it doesn't last as long.
I would rate this very highly and Karen is very skilled at what she does. I had a wax treatment and manicure and no complaints for either treatment. Would definitely book again!
