The therapist was friendly and quick, seemed to know what she was doing. Very good overall, didn't score higher because she missed a couple of hairs and was constantly busy with the phone. Will definitely go back.

I did not get HD brows. I was given an eye brow tiny which last 4 days and eyebrow wax/pluck. Shape is good, but certainly not HD brows. I have fairly thin brows but the last place I went to seemed to do a great job of making them look thicker and the tint lasted 3 weeks so needles to say I won't be returning for my brows to be done and beauty and nails in putney.

Great wax again from Karen! Always upbeat and a steady hand means no worrying over the 'tricky' bits. Will go back again for sure.

it was a good, i didn't notice that it wasn't with hot wax but i went ahead anyway. it was very quick and not too painful although still had a few stray hairs afterwards. good value though.
