Karen was very friendly and made me feel very at ease. The room was at the top of a salon and there were no signs up so took a while to find it. She did a good job on the wax for a good price and I would definitely go back.

We all know waxing is not our favorite thing in the world to do but Karen is so friendly and professional I actually left having enjoyed my appointment! Will definitely be going back for all my waxing needs!

I have been back to the salon 3 times and am usually very happy with the service, however this time the appointment felt rushed. Although the wax was efficient and thorough, the therapist was running late and she had her second client wait in the room whilst she finished up my wax. As the treatment room is a single room above a hair salon, the wax area is closed off only by a curtain, so it was a bit strange having my wax finished whilst someone was clearly waiting.
All in all, I would probably go back again as the prices are very competitive, but I was a bit disappointed by the experience this time.
