The salon was easy to find and clean and tidy. Karen was lovely. I was really pleased with the manicure.

Karen is lovely, very welcoming and friendly. She instantly make you fell comfortable, which, in the case of a hollywood wax, is very important. It wasn't at all awkward and she talks all the way through the treatment. (Which in the case of a waxing, is a good thing as it takes your mind off it.) The treatment itself wasn't too painful. I will definitely be going back. Very pleased overall.

My first impressions of this salon were not great - the treatment area is just a wonky bed in the corner of a room with a curtain going round . The therapist was friendly but she was obviously in a rush and this was evident in the treatment I received. I expected her to use hot wax for a brazilian wax but she said she only used strip wax and did not offer any alternative in spite of my doubts. The wax was reasonably priced but not good value given the rush and lack of attention. I did not feel overall that I was offered a good service.

Such a lovely therapist, made me very comfortable and so relaxed. I will dwfinelty book again here, by far the best in putney!
