Karen my stylist was amazing, very personable. She asked appropriate questions, what colour I was looking to achieve, the length and cut of my hair. It was a pleasure being in her company whilst she transformed my curly locks x highly recommend Karen and a visit to Urban Roots ❤️

If I could rate more than 5 I would! Karen was great and very patient with my little one. We had great conversation how we could build my hair to it being healthy and fuller which was amazing. I left feeling lovely and also brought products to help with my hair journey! Thank you again and will definitely return
