I haven't had great experiences with hair extensions. I struggled to find a hair extensionist that could colour, cut & style my hair often leaving disappointed. I don't want the typical long, wavy look. I wear my hair predominantly straight & want layers, texture & volume. Karen listened & took her time to understand what I wanted & made helpful suggestions taking into account my face shape & what would work for me. I would highly recommend her & look forward to my next appointment with her.
