I came in for a gel removal and it was done really well. She was very gentle which I appreciated.

Extremely disappointed. Pedicurist started to apply polish without any base coat because “it’s finished”. When I declined to have polish they still charged me full £28, no polish, no soaking, no massage. Afterwards tried to argue that base coat is “only for shellac” which I know isn’t the case. I left very unhappy and gave £2 extra to show it is not about the price but the principle.
