Booked a gel removal but when I realised the method being used was not as advertised (they proposed to file off the gels without using acetone which is not how the treatment was described on Treatwell and which has seriously damaged my nails in the past) I chose not to proceed with the treatment and on that basis I was promised a refund which I haven’t received. I wouldn’t usually insist on a refund but £20 for gel removal is extortionate in the first place.
