The lady was nice, however I did not enjoy my experience at all, and she did not seem very experienced. I came for a bikini wax, and midway through the bikini wax, she pressured me into getting a Brazilian instead, as she insisted again and again it would look much nicer. When she showed me the 'finished' bikini wax it was uneven and so I felt like I had to take the Brazilian anyway. The waxing process was more painful than usual and she kept trying to take off the wax before it was fully cured (ouch), and was overall not very pleasant as I felt I had been cheated into paying more money for a service I didn't want. Plus, the hair grew back in 1 week which was very fast. Overall, it was fine but wouldn't go back.
