The lady was really lovely and had good intentions but I came out with curly and tangled lashes - they’re so straight up that they stick to my eyelids. Not sure how that happened but I also got some product up to my eyebrow which also made its base curly

Second time I’ve had my wax done here. Lipi is great, very professional, kind and considerate. Will keep coming back, defo recommend. Wax was thorough, happy with results!

A lot more painfull than other similar waxes I had and the hairs grew back a lot quicker.
