This was my first time having a wax done after always being so scared about the pain it comes with, Lipi was absolutely amazing very caring and gentle with no pain what so ever! Definitely recommend Lipi! Thank you so much x

My end effect look ok but she taped my eyes sooo much around that i could barely keep it closed - few layers and constantly adding more tape to pull my eyelids different directions.I was pinched with something sharp pointy few times, and twice badly, i screamed. By the end when separating my eyelashes she pulled few of my bottom lashes with roots out..they got stack with those hanging roots to the top lashes and were irritating my eye. Myself cut them with scissor at the place. Won't come back
