Amazing! It was my first time getting a manicure and first time visiting Kat’s Beauty Room. Kat was so lovely and she did such a great job on my nails, I will definitely be returning to try their other services!

On arrival I was greeted by the words "you are 10 minutes late so unfortunately your treatment will be shorter". Not the best way to welcome a client! I had booked an Indian Head Massage so that was the important part for me. I did not get an Indian Head Massage because 1st I had to have neck/arms/shoulders & my time ran out (to the minute)! No other clients around so flexibility could have been used + some charm! I'm 77 & my daughter gave me this as a gift after lockddown so I am very upset
