Leslie was very professional and polite, she was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions on my cut. The only gripe I have, the head massage during the shampooing was nice but a little too firm. I should have mentioned this at the time but didn't. Everything else was perfect
The shop was decorated very nicely with a great range of products available. My hairdresser was very kind and friendly and I was very happy with my haircut
