I received a friendly welcome as soon as I came in. Simone came to greet me and start the appointment promptly at the time I had booked for, she listened to what I wanted and was happy to look at example pictures. I was really happy with Simone taking the time to perfect the haircut, and also giving me the option to have products in my hair at the end (which I didn't want). I also felt comfortable not having to force chat with her and just relax while she was doing my haircut. I was happy with the haircut and how it was finished.
