It was great. I felt like I was really listened to and the massage really helped with my neck and shoulder, which had been causing lots of pain on and off on one side.

I have a bad shoulder (trapped nerves from tension and bad posture) that I usually have acupuncture for but it was getting bad and I needed something to tide me over. I was very impressed with the massage, the pressure was perfect as I need something firm because of how knotted I was! Felt sore afterwards but my range of movement was hugely improved, massive bonus was that I can go in my lunch hour. Highly recommend. Only thing that took me by surprise was you have to go down some steep steps into the basement to get to the treatment rooms but the rooms themselves were very lovely and professional.

This simply didn't work. At all. I followed all the instructions, drinking 2l of water a day for the next 2 months after the procedure, having a healthy and exercising at the gym. After 2 months zero results. Plus I was sore for 2 weeks after this.

My massage was lovely and Katie checked the pressure was ok which was great. The only unexpected bit was the face massage and a bit of a scalp massage. It was great but unfortunately I had a full face of make up on and suffer from sensitive skin so the oil on my skin unnerved me a bit. All was fine but thought it was worth mentioning! Very relaxing overall.
