Horrible experience. I booked and paid in advance for a 30 minutes Swedish massage to Katya's Beauty at Tomoyuki & Co at Oxford street but I've got only 18 minutes massage. The appointment was at 6pm til 6.30pm (half an hour). I reached 62 Great Titchfield st. at 6pm but I couldn't find the venue so I tried to call the beautician by the number provided me, without any success. After have asked indications, I arrived to the saloon at 6.07pm and the lady told me that It was too late for me to do the full time massage because she had others guests and bookings after me. She let me understand that the end of the massage was anyway at 6.30pm, although I paid for 30min and it was already past 10. I've got change and at 6.10pm we started the massage. The lady was working without any attention and in a very unprofessional way. She was massaging me in a rush way and without make me feel comfortable. I felt like she was doing her job without willing and she was looking forward to ending. At 6.28pm she said we finished and to take my time to dress me back. When I left the only thing I could notice it was the totally absence of any other person waiting after me so from there I realised she wasn't in a rush because she wanted to respect the time of the next bookings but just because she played with my advanced payment.
I'm really disappointed. I will warn everyone I know about this terrible experience and I won't use anymore this app to book anything else.

Katia was very nice and explained the process very well. I had quite a few under-the-skin spots (brought on by my contraception method, which I have now stopped) which were removed by this facial. This did mean my face was red and marked afterwards (as it was essentially like picking loads of spots - but not in such a damaging way as she used the correct tools). I wouldn't have been able to get rid of these spots at home as they were really deep down under the skin. My skin is still healing as it had broken where all the gunk (sorry to be so graphic) had come out. But it's much smoother and as soon as it's healed properly healed, it will be smooth and clear! If you have spots under the skin, it's worth considering when you're going to get this facial done. i.e. not before a big event as your skin will need time to heal.
