I had the ultrasonic deep cleansing treatment with Katia and I'm satisfied overall.

Katia was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to explain the different facial treatments she offered and she was very knowledgeable. I opted for the ultrasonic facial. She read the room very well and realized I had never done an ultrasonic facial before, so she demonstrated the tool and explained exactly how it worked. As she stated, it was a bit painful around the nose area, but that's because she's in 'extraction' mode. I have pretty sensitive skin, which means I come out of facials looking like a giant red balloon, but Katia left me looking normal! There was a little bit of redness around my nose, but my skin wasn't inflamed.

Great and relaxing massage. Treatment itself was great and I left feeling very relaxed. Nothing bad about it at all but also nothing spectacular to be 5 star. Would go back though.
