Really, really thorough facial, just what I needed. Admittedly I left looking a bit ruddy, but it soon settled down. Sybil was lovely and the people upstairs were nice.

Didn't really see a difference in my skin at all apart from feeling like i had cream on. Disappointing as I booked a cleansing and extracting facial and no extraction was done. I wouldn't go back.
