The facial was great. Katia knows her stuff and is very professional and attentive. She gave me advice about the type of facial I should have had as well as skin care tips and advice. She also gave me an excellent face and neck massage as part of the treatment followed by a head massage while she waited for a mask to act. Bliss!
The only let down was the venue. I think several individual businesses operate out of the space so it felt a bit unprofessional. In fact when i arrived she was waiting for me outside, probably because I wouldn’t know how to get down to her room on my own. Overall the venue can use improvement, particularly for the cost of the treatment.

Loved the venue as it was in a cute part of Central London.
Was able to tell her exactly where I felt tense and sore and she worked her pressure accordingly. Felt so much lighter when I walked out and she gave me some aftercare advice to look after myself.
As it is close to my workplace. Would definitely visit again.

While the massage was nice, a little too soft if I’m honest, the time was way too tight. I did not get 60 full minutes because Katia was rushing onto the next one.
