Pretty much everything was brilliant, the only thing was it wasn't quite hard enough for me, but then I am very knotty. The place and masseuse were lovely

This is now my go to place now for my facials! Very knowledgeable about skin issues and fantastic massages as part of facial.

I was running five minutes late due to delays on the tube. I called to inform. When I got there the girl was waiting outside. Rushed me downstairs. In the end I had a 20 minute massage as she had a client. The massage was great it really helped and I was given advice to help release tension. Overall very good but as I was rushed it wasn’t very relaxing and the time cut short was irritating
