I came in today to get a removal on my full Set of nails. Mrs.Tran Is absolutely amazing and. She completed my service with swiftness . Lovely lady with great customer service❤️
Absolutely Appalling Experience - Hidden Charges & Poor Quality!
I am fuming after my recent visit. I came in for a simple nail design and was met with a complete bait-and-switch that left me feeling cheated and incredibly disappointed.
First, I explicitly asked for a clear base for my design. Despite my clear instructions, the technician decided to do their own thing and used pink acrylic instead, completely changing the look I wanted without consulting me.
The real frustration came once the service had already started. The technician began adding on a series of hidden charges for things that should have been included in the base price. It was a classic "start the service, then hit them with the bill" tactic, leaving me with no option to say no. For a relatively simple design, the final cost of £65 is daylight robbery, especially since they refused to do it in normal polish and insisted on gel.
To add insult to injury, the gel polish that they forced on me has already chipped after just one week! For that price, I expected a high-quality, long-lasting manicure, not a quick-to-fail job.
I would advise anyone to stay far away from this place. The lack of communication, deceptive pricing, and shoddy workmanship are completely unacceptable.
My go to nail place. Katie is professional and knowledgeable and always does an exceptional job. The price is very good too. I’ve moved out of the area and now travel just to see her - I won’t go anywhere else!
